Manchester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Bristol, or Sheffield - We’re now working in a hybrid way, with colleagues dividing their time between home and 2-3 days per week in the office
We’re looking for AI Adoption and Implementation Manager to join our Probate team in Co-op Legal Services. You don’t need legal experience to thrive in this role. If you’re a strong leader with experience of using AI tools and processes, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, alongside supporting in leading our technical probate team managing high volumes of probate cases, we’ll also look to you to lead on implementing our technology roadmap and AI change projects. You’ll be responsible for the performance of the team against commercial targets, compliance, and customer service, as well as managing relationships with other parts of the probate department and the wider business. We’ll look to you to lead by example, co-ordinating your team to make sure customers are receiving outstanding customer service and high standards are consistently met. What you’ll do
• Lead a team of Team Leaders, promoting an inclusive culture in which colleagues at all levels are motivated and can thrive
• Be a senior presence within one of our offices, leading by example and ensuring that high standards are maintained
• Lead on implementing our technology road map, including driving and embedding AI change projects throughout the teams
• Work with the Team Leaders to make sure the department works in a collaborative and consistent way across all teams and offices
• Support the Technical Performance Lead with managing internal and external business relationships and maintain strong networks
• Oversee the recruitment and retention of Case Managers in the team, making sure we’re taking an inclusive approach and all colleagues are supervised and nurtured
• Monitor and report on case progression, making sure that work is effectively allocated across the team and cases are bought to conclusion quickly to a high and compliant standard
• Own and implement a continuous improvement plan that’s consist with other teams, to increase efficiencies, reduce case durations, and enhance colleague engagement
This role would suit people who have
• Experience of leading and coaching a team in a consistent and inclusive way
• Previous experience of implementing change initiatives or projects relating to AI
• A keen eye for detail with a methodical approach to performance management and process improvement
• Experience of overseeing and driving commercial performance
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with a variety of colleagues and key partners
