3 weekday evening shifts between 11:15am and 7:15pm (plus one in three Saturdays)
Sheffield – you’ll spend your initial 3-month training period in the office, then you’ll have the chance to work in a hybrid way dividing your time between home and the office.
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focussed Sales Administrator to join our growing Estate Planning team at Co-op Legal Services. You don’t need a legal background to succeed in this role, making this a great opportunity to grow your skills within an innovative and ethical business.

You’ll play a key part in helping us deliver outstanding support to our colleagues, clients, and communities. You’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, with a particular focus on managing consultants’ diaries and coordinating and responding to public enquiries.
What you’ll do
- Collate and send the required and relevant documents to either our clients and/or our consultants, based remotely, in a timely and accurate fashion
- Deal with related queries from colleagues based remotely and make outbound calls to clients
- Support with efficient diary management for our consultants, including contact with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the team leaders to assess work and flag any governance concerns or issues
- Support the team with general admin tasks and deal with general client queries including occasionally supporting the advisory team in taking inbound calls from clients
- Conduct daily checks on processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and consistent client journey
- Support the leadership team in briefing the wider advisory team on ways of working and signposting support resources for colleagues

- A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- The ability and self-motivation to work independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to manage your own time and workload
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills both on the phone and via email
- The ability to building positive relationships with both colleagues and external parties
