Diary and Lead Co-ordinator 
£24,570 - £26,000 plus excellent benefits (Work level 6C)  

Full time, 37.5 hours
Remote – with the option to work out of our offices in Bristol, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Manchester, and Sheffield.

We’re looking for a Diary and Lead Co-ordinator to join us at Co-op Legal Services.

In this role, you work as part of a specialist team co-ordinating appointments for our probate advisory and consultancy teams via our diary management system. We’ll look to you to manage schedules and organise appointments, alongside acting as the first point of contact for queries from customers. You’ll also support out sales teams with setting up and managing a variety of dialler campaigns and leads. So, if you have the organisational skills we need, we can offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and get exposure to a variety of work within our growing business.

What you’ll do

•   work as part of a small specialist team co-ordinating customer appointments via a diary management system
•   make sure all users are set up correctly in the diary management system with the correct access 
•   input shift patterns into the diary management system, maintaining and adjusting these to reflect sickness and holidays 
•   manage relationships with internal colleagues across all levels, and external customers 
•   respond and resolve general queries via the phone and email and support with processing incoming paperwork 

•   manipulate and interpret lead source data from our various partners and follow up leads with our internal sales teams
•   support the dialler manager with the lead management of various work, making sure dialler leads are inputted in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. 

This role would suit people who have


•   previous experience of diary management or administrative work

•   strong Microsoft Excel skills 

•   excellent customer service and relationship management skills up to senior level
•   strong written and verbal communication skills 
•   the ability to learn new systems quickly and retain large volumes of information 
•   excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritise work and coordinate multiple queries   
•   a flexible approach with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team

Family law solicitors offer a wide range of family law legal services to our customers. Our areas of practice range from family law and divorce to legal separation and child custody.

Every year, our personal injury solicitors and litigation lawyers secure millions of pounds in compensation through personal injury claims for people injured in accidents through no fault of their own.

Our medical negligence solicitors specialise in recovering compensation for patients who have suffered medical negligence and medical accidents caused by healthcare professionals.
